Secret Formula

I was requested to co-host our region’s Sales Rally last September 27 and I was asked by Ms. Pitay, our Region Sales Manager, to ask the winners for some speech or words of wisdom.

When we announced the winner, BDO SM City Batangas, the branch winner for the Motor Case Counts (Most Motor Insurance Policy Produced) and stood and accepted the award. I then asked him, “Sir, can you share with us the secret formula for being consistent on the top branch to produce Motor Insurance?”

He smiled and said in the microphone, “Secret formula? Wala! Yun din yung last year ni-renew lang namin.”

I was dumbstruck and addressed the audience, “Thank you very much for such inspiring words.”
