Funny Bank Moment #9: Account Requirement

When talking to a client I always include myself in their situation so that the clients would feel that I empathize them:

“Sir, kulang pa po tayo ng ID.”

“Ma’am, kuha muna tayo ng Baranggay Clearance.”

“Sir, tawagan muna natin ang call center about that…”

 

 

One time the client forgot to bring the ID picture requirement, I advised them to, “Ma’am pa-picture muna tayo.”

The client smiled and Nini, the branch Marketing Assistant, overhearing what the client and I were talking about said “Sir Orlee, talagang kailangan kasama ka sa picture!?”
