Do It the Imus Way…

Before the branch Morning Prayer was said today, the branch manager introduced the new teller to all of the branch people. Someone asked where was she from and she answered she’s from Carsadang Bago, Imus. The Area Manager immediately asked “Wala namang Carsadang Luma?”

It’s funny how barangays in Imus are named. Where can you find a place where people would tell you to “Dumirecho lang po kayo dyan sa Palico.” or if you ask, “San po lalabas dito?” you might get an answer “Ah daraan po kayo sa Pasong Buaya bago kayo lumabas ng Buhay na Tubig.” Say what!?

And don’t get me started on Bayan Luma and Tanzang Luma.
