11th Commandment
Sunday afternoons are usually spent watching those Kapamilya and Kapuso variety shows and I just hate it when my mom and sisters don’t watch to see the talents but to see what was the flaw of each singer/actor.
“May baboy na sumasayaw!”, “Nagpatangos ng ilong yan.”, “Mukhang suso.”, “Nagmumura ang tyan!”
Because they do this religiously, my father was able to coin an important lesson that will be known for the rest of eternity:
Kasalanan mo na kung mayaman ka at pangit ka.
